This is
another trip to get new experience. University of Indonesia had a program named
Indonesia Leadership Camp (ILC). it’s national event to undergraduate student learning
about leadership. I become a participant after my paper be accepted. It’s held
9-12 Nov 2012. I’m not alone from UGM. There’re 6 participants from UGM.
They’re me, Shuluh (Kimia 2011), Mas Umam (T.Industri 2009), Fafen (Hukum
2008), Julia (FEB 2008), dan Wanda (Fisipol, 2009).
We began
this trip by Bengawan Train at Nov, 8th 2012. I went to Jakarta with
my mother. She would go to my family house in tanah abang. About 3 a.m, we
arrived at pasar senen station. We met another participant of ILC, such as ITS,
UNY, Brawijaya, etc. At 7 a.m,
participant of ILC who was in pasar sene station went to UI campus by
Bikun. Bikun acronym from Bis Kuning, it’s special transportation in UI. I
heard that every 5 minutes Bikun operated and free. We lodged in Makara.
First day,
Opening Ceremony.............
About 4 p.m, we're dropped at auditorium UI beside masjid kampus UI. Opening ceremony was opened by direktur kemahasiswaan UI,,, I am Sorry , I don't know his name.
I have be
introduced about importance of leader value in our future. Leader isn’t about
position. Leader is person, leadership is how to influence the other to do some
activities. Leadership is unique, every one has different style.
Second
day, Share our opinion to solve Indonesian problem.
There’re 3
focus group discussion which discuss about problem solving to Indonesia. I was
in economic focus group discussion. In there, I learn completely about economic
problem in Indonesia and heard much solution from my friend. I was very
surprise when I know that my friend in economic focus group discussion not only
economic student but also engineering
and scientist. I only was be silence person in there and I knew that leader had
to be complete person, he had to know about economic, health, politic,
etcetera. It’s so hard to be leader. In
the night, participant include me performance in Kenduri Kebangsaan. We use our
traditional attribute. My friends, coming from Medan, wear ulos.
We began
this day with Bubur Kacang Ijo as our breakfast. That taste was not bad because I like it. I held in ampar-ampar pisang group. We had a
soundtrack to our group, it’s ampar-ampar pisang but the melody change with
gundul-gundul pancul. We were very enjoy
with this out bond. The games were rescue flag from water, shut up the other
with water, fill full, etc. I had fun this games.
Fourth
day. We visited MPR-DPR office and
Kampus Salemba UI. After that, I visited
my family in Tanah Abang… hmmm Finally I back to Jogja.
